Welcome to Multronics International. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and purchasing our products, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.
1. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications listed on our website are accurate. However, Multronics International does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods (Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, eSewa, Khalti).
3. Warranty Policy
- Brand New Products: Come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.
- Refurbished/Open Box: Warranty periods vary and will be explicitly mentioned on the product page (typically 3-6 months).
- The warranty covers hardware defects only. Physical damage, liquid damage, and software issues are not covered under standard warranty.
4. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns only for products that are defective upon arrival. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a defective product. Returns for "change of mind" are generally not accepted but may be considered on a case-by-case basis subject to a restocking fee.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We aim to deliver within 24 hours inside Kathmandu Valley and 2-4 days for major cities outside the valley. Multronics International is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or courier services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Multronics International shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.
